I’m going to say thumbs down on Lowball Offers. 👎🏻
Submitting a lowball offer to early in the process can actually come off as insulting to the seller. If you are wanting to put in an offer that will get accepted, I highly suggest not putting in a lowball offer during the first few weeks the property is on the market. Now, if a property has been on the market for at least 6 months that is a different story.
