Being the sports person that I am (HA! IYKNY) one of my favorite activities going into the weekend is getting our family outside. It can be difficult sometimes but there’s plenty of things to do in the summertime. My son Sheamus just so happens to love Lacrosse and he’s good at it too!
What else do I do to get Shay outside and active? I send him to camp for three weeks. Now he is outside and surrounded by friends most of the day.
